I have had no end of trouble with this phone. I've had it back twice with no improvement -I've given up now. People say that when they can hear me -which is not often, I sound like I'm talking through a tin can phone. The loudspeaker basically doesn't work -you still need to hold it to your ear. The phone itself its excessively complicated, and its incredibly slow when using the internet. I do like the qwerty keyboard and the ability to use it as a modem for my computer, but thats all. I would not recommend this phone, and I am considering taking the hit and getting rid of it early.

I've had a different experience to the last reviewer. Major speaker issues. People can't hear me when I'm talking on the phone, and when they can, they say it sounds like I'm using a tin-can to talk to them. When I put the phone on loud speaker I still need to hold it to my ear. I've sent the phone back twice (which optus made me pay to send), and I've given up now. Very slow on the internet (flash-backs of dial-up!!). Sometimes the screen goes blank when its ringing, so you can't answer it. My friend has the same phone and she's had no end of trouble too. I do like the qwerty keyboard though, and the size of the phone is better than the iphone, but sadly thats it. I was a nokia fan, but I'll be trying an HTC as soon as I can.

Great phone, pitty the battery needs charging each day as it won't go 2 days without charging. Otherwise it's a great phone, and bounces well! I would definately recommend this to others.

BAD BAD BAD

This phone is ridiculous, it freezes all the time. You have to take battery out and turn back on to get to work. Battery doesn't last a day and does all sorts of silly things it shouldn't. phone has gone back to nokia twice with no resolution. This is not a one off, i have friends who also hate this phone and have the same problems. Bluetooth doesn't work properly, has high squeeling noise in back ground when using in brand new commodore. If i download music on to it, it barely works it runs super slow. HATE this phone!
