- ‘Yes’ Business Fusion Terms and Conditions: $50 plan downgrade fee applies if you change to a ‘yes’ Business Fusion plan with a lower minimum monthly access fee at any time during your agreement period. Office Phone Service Included Value: Unlimited call offer applies to standard calls only. Optus Local and Long Distance Phone Fair Go™ policy applies. Any included value that you are entitled to receive expires at the end of each month and is not refundable or transferable. Normal call charges apply to calls and services that are not part of the included value. Exclusions: 19XX calls, calls to non-Optus mobiles on ‘yes’ Business Fusion $79 and $99 plans, calls to satellite phones, calls made over another carrier’s network, International calls, calls to national fixed or mobile services that then divert/switch or re-route overseas, Directory Assistance and Operator service calls plus other services such as Unlisted Number service. Hardware: If you connect to the Optus ‘yes’ Business Fusion $99, $109 and $129 plan and receive a WiFi modem and you move to a plan lower than the ‘yes’ Fusion plan $99 or cancel your service within 3 months of commencing your plan, you will incur a $140 hardware fee. If there are obstacles between the wireless modem and your computer, the signal may either be absorbed or reflected hence the coverage will be decreased; other products operating in the 2.4GHz radio spectrum, including microwave ovens and some cordless phones may cause interference. Optus ‘yes’ Business Fusion: is a business phone and broadband package which is available to credit approved business Optus Broadband and Office Phone customers who connect all relevant services in the same name and service address to the Optus Direct networks for a minimum term of 24 months. The Optus ‘yes’ Business Fusion plans cannot be combined with other offers or rewards unless stated. Only available with monthly billing. Optus supplies these services to you on the terms of Optus Standard Form of Agreement (the Agreement). The Agreement is made up of your application, the consumer terms and the service descriptions, standard pricing tables and any relevant appendices and contains full details of the service and the terms and conditions of supply of each service including charging, billing, terms and cancellation. Copies of all documents that make up your Agreement (excluding your application) are available on the Optus website at www.optus.com.au/standardagreements. Non payment of a bill may result in suspension or disconnection of the Services. Offers may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Serviceability: Optus Broadband and Office Phone services are not available to all businesses in all areas or in NT and TAS. Until Optus successfully installs your service, we cannot guarantee that the service can be installed at your address. A fee may apply if your existing phone number is unable to be transferred to Optus. Cancellation: If you cancel either or both services within the committed term, you will be charged a $300 pro-rated early cancellation fee for the Optus Broadband service and/or a $199 pro-rated early cancellation fee if you cancel your Optus Office Phone service. Any remaining Optus services will be moved onto the relevant available plan as outlined in the Optus Standard Form of Agreement. Speed: Speeds are based on network testing. Maximum speed is 20Mbps. About 70% of Optus Direct customers on the DSLD network can typically access average speeds of over 5Mbps and about 76% of Optus Cable customers can typically access average speeds of over 8Mbps. Not applicable if your service has been speed limited. Actual speeds may be slower as many factors affect speed such as internet traffic, your line condition, your hardware and software, the source of the download and your location. Paper Invoice Fee: Online billing will be phased in over time and may not be available to you immediately. If we have advised you that online billing is available to you and you still choose to have a paper bill posted to you, you will be charged a paper invoice fee of $2.20. If online billing is not available to you, we won’t charge you the fee. Optus will advise you of the availability of online billing before any fee is charged. For further information please see www.optus.com.au/aboutmyaccount. Credit card fee: If you use a credit, charge or debit card to pay your bill, a 1% fee (inc. GST) will be charged. This payment processing fee will be shown on your Optus bill after the payment has been processed. Exemptions may apply. Single bill: Optus may be able to place one or more of your services that you have with Optus on a single bill. At point of sale you may choose to have all services billed individually. If you receive a single bill, afterwards it may not be possible to obtain individual bills for your services. Direct Debit fee: A $2.20 per month fee applies if your account is not paid by direct debit. All prices quoted include GST, unless otherwise stated. Business DSL Direct: Optus Business DSL Direct is only available with the Optus Local Access Direct Service or ipPhone Premier (including Business Phone). If you decide to switch either your Optus Local Access Direct (including Business Phone), ipPhone Premier, or Business DSL Direct away from Optus in the future, you must contact Optus to switch both services, otherwise the service remaining with Optus will be cancelled automatically, and we will charge you a cancellation fee if cancelled before the contract period ends. Fast Downloads: Displayed speed is based on Optus Broadband network testing. Not applicable if your service has been speed limited. Around 50% of customers on the 20Mps plan can access speeds between 8Mbps and 20Mps. Actual speeds will vary and may be slower. Many factors affect speeds such as your distance from the telephone exchange, your line condition, your hardware and software, the source of your download and general internet traffic. Speeds above 8Mbps require network compatible ADSL2+ modem and filters. Throttling: If you exceed your monthly data allowance, access will be speed limited to 256 kbps depending on your plan until the start of the next billing month. Data will be counted in Megabytes (MB), 1000 Megabytes = 1 Gigabyte (GB), and applies to both downloads and uploads. Single Static IP: A single Static IP address is available upon request for free on Business DSL plans (excluding Fusion). The Static IP address remains the property of Optus. Static IP address is limited by availability and is only valid in the State in which it is issued. The Static IP address is not portable and may only be used on the Optus network. Optus reserves the right to withdraw an allocated Static IP address subject to the terms specified under the Standard Form of Agreements available at www.optus.com.au/standardagreement. Serviceability: For technical and commercial reasons not all businesses can be connected to Business Broadband. Business Broadband is available in metropolitan and many regional areas in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and WA. It is not available in NT or TAS. A $300 pro rata cancellation fee applies if you cancel your Business Broadband service before your initial agreement period ends. If you use a credit, charge or debit card to pay your bill, a 1.0% fee (inc GST) will be charged. To check system requirements and modem compatibility visit www.optus.com.au/smbdslsystem. If you have a Back-to-Base alarm system (or other hard-wired monitoring system) or a PABX (or similar phone system) on the same line as your Business Broadband service you will need to ensure with the provider of that service its compatibility with the Business Broadband service (perhaps through the installation of an Approved Central Filter) at your own expense. Optus Broadband Customer Care will only assist with connection to a single computer and modem. Connection to multiple computers or a LAN is permitted, but is your own responsibility at your own expense. ‘Yes’ Business Rewards: Offer available to new and existing Optus eligible credit approved Small or Medium Business (SMB) customers, as defined by Optus, who connect to a ‘yes’ Business Rewards package by: a) preselecting their Long Distance calls to Optus and having their local calls re-billed by Optus on currently available SMB plans, or connecting their Long Distance and Local Access Direct services directly onto the Optus Direct Network on currently available SMB plans; b) subscribing to a currently available Optus Digital Mobile SMB plan; c) connecting to a currently available Optus Business Broadband plan or Business Dial-up plan or d) subscribing to a currently available Optus ipPhone Express or ipPhone Premier plan. Offer excludes: a) residential customers, as determined by Optus; b) customers directly connected to Optus Local HFC network (including Optus Cable); c) Corporate and Government Business customers, as determined by Optus; d) Optus Service Providers and their customers; e) 1456 Override customers; and f) Business DSL Direct or SMB fixed telephony customers who take up the Optus Business Fusion bundle on an Optus Business Fusion rate plan. Optus reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time with reasonable notice. ‘yes’ Business Rewards are not available with any other offer unless otherwise specified. Customers must connect each service in the same account name and ABN/ACN/ARBN. To maintain the benefits under this offer, customers must notify Optus of any change to each service associated within their offer package. Optus reserves the right to cancel this offer or remove any relevant ‘yes’ Business Rewards benefit if the customer does not: a) remain preselected to Optus for their Long Distance calls and have their local calls re-billed by Optus or remain connected to the Optus Direct Network for their Local Access Direct and Long Distance service on an eligible and currently available SMB plan; b) remain connected to an eligible and currently available Optus Digital Mobile SMB plan; c) remain connected to an eligible and currently available Optus Business Dial-up or Business Broadband plan or d) remain connected to an eligible and currently available ipPhone Express or ipPhone Premier plan; or e) if the services are not all in the same account name and ABN/ACN/ARBN. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Standard Forms of Agreement for each of the products named above.
